Moreau Davila & Associates PLLC, led by founding attorney Rachel Moreau-Davila, is committed to our clients. We are based in Texas, but we do not limit our practice to our state. Ms. Moreau-Davila is a zealous advocate for her clients. She received her law degree from St. Mary’s University and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2014. She is a graduate of the Texas Bar College and the Trial Lawyers College, as well. She is also deeply involved in her community, serving on the board of the THRU Project, a nonprofit that provides support to teens who are aging out of the foster care system.
